Exemption and Transfer
Students must follow the steps below to complete their Transfer, Vertical Transfer, and Exemption procedures:
1. **Review of Legislation and Regulations:**
- "Iğdır University Guidelines on Internal and Inter-Institutional Transfer Principles"
- "Iğdır University Guidelines for Exemption and Adjustment Procedures"
These documents should be carefully reviewed, and actions should be taken in accordance with the procedural steps.
2. **Completion and Submission of Application Forms:**
- The relevant exemption, adjustment, and transfer application forms must be filled out completely.

-When filling out the forms, ensure that details such as course names, ECTS/AKTS/credits are written exactly as they appear on the transcript.
- The completed forms should first be sent to the email address ozan.akhan@igdir.edu.tr.
3. **Evaluation Process and Notification:**
- After the forms are reviewed, applicants will be notified via email.
During this process, it is crucial to prepare the application documents correctly and completely. Otherwise, your application will be rejected.
